Shipping Policy
OPTMZ Peptides ships research materials only to qualified researchers and authorized professionals within the United States. The terms below govern every order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this Shipping Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Destinations — United States Only
OPTMZ Peptides ships exclusively to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to:
- International destinations of any kind
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
- APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
- PO Boxes
- Freight forwarders or mail-forwarding services
Orders submitted with shipping addresses outside the eligible region will be cancelled and refunded. We do not advise on the legality of research peptide importation into any other jurisdiction; researchers located outside the United States should consult their local regulatory authority before attempting to source these materials.
2. Processing and Carrier
Orders received and approved before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are prepared the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on observed federal holidays are processed the next business day.
All shipments are dispatched via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Expedited overnight options are offered at checkout where available. Tracking numbers are issued by email at the time the shipment is dispatched.
Shipping fees, delivery windows, and any available expedited options are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Adult Signature Requirement (21+)
A first-time customer’s first OPTMZ Peptides order requires an adult signature (21+ confirmed) upon delivery. The carrier will not release the package without a signature from a recipient aged 21 or older. This requirement applies to every first-time delivery without exception.
Returning customers may, at OPTMZ’s discretion, opt for “safe-place” delivery on subsequent orders by submitting a written request through their account dashboard. OPTMZ reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order at any time, including for returning customers, where the order profile warrants additional verification.
If the carrier is unable to obtain a qualifying signature after the standard number of delivery attempts, the package will be returned to OPTMZ. Re-delivery fees, if applicable, will be charged to the customer.
4. Packaging and Discretion
All shipments use plain, unmarked outer packaging with no external branding, product identification, or content description. Cold packs are included where the product profile requires temperature stability in transit. The internal packing slip identifies the contents, references the research-use-only designation, and reproduces the qualified-researcher acknowledgement captured at the time of account registration.
Discreet packaging does not imply any deviation from the Adult Signature Requirement or from any other term of this policy.
5. Restricted Destination Screening
OPTMZ Peptides products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals. Shipments to destinations whose primary function is the administration of substances to human beings — regardless of whether the order is otherwise routine — are not consistent with this designation.
OPTMZ Peptides screens shipping addresses at order intake and reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order whose shipping address indicates a destination type including but not limited to:
- Medical spas, “med spas,” and aesthetic clinics
- Weight-loss clinics and metabolic-health clinics
- Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinics and hormone clinics
- Anti-aging clinics, longevity clinics, and wellness centers
- Compounding pharmacies and outsourcing facilities
- Outpatient clinics, urgent care centers, and patient-facing medical practices
- Gyms, fitness studios, CrossFit boxes, and personal-training facilities
- College and university residential addresses (dormitories, residence halls, fraternity / sorority houses)
- Hotels, short-term rentals, and other transient addresses
- Any address previously associated with an account suspended or banned
Orders flagged by screening will be held pending verification of the recipient’s qualified-research status. Where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, or where the destination type is incompatible with the research-use designation, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Submission of a shipping address that misrepresents the destination type or the recipient’s professional capacity is grounds for permanent account suspension.
6. Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse
Every order placed through optmzpeptides.com is an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by OPTMZ Peptides. OPTMZ Peptides may decline, cancel, or hold any order at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:
- The shipping address fails the screening described in the previous section
- The order profile is inconsistent with research-use procurement
- The account, payment instrument, or shipping address has been associated with a prior policy violation
- Verification of the account holder’s qualified-research status is incomplete
- The order cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable federal, state, or local law
In any of these circumstances, the customer’s payment instrument will be refunded for the value of any cancelled portion of the order.
7. Address Accuracy and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. OPTMZ Peptides is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or product loss resulting from address errors entered by the customer. Where a shipment is returned to OPTMZ Peptides due to a customer-side address error, an undeliverable address, or a refused delivery without prior authorization, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
8. Carrier Delays, Lost, and Stolen Shipments
Once a shipment is in the carrier’s possession, OPTMZ Peptides cannot guarantee delivery timing. USPS Priority Mail estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by weather, operational backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a tracking record indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, the customer should:
- Confirm the delivery address and check with neighbors or building staff
- Wait 24–48 hours, as packages occasionally clear before tracking updates
- File a missing-package inquiry with USPS using the tracking number provided
- Contact OPTMZ Peptides support at info@optmzpeptides.com with the order number and the USPS inquiry reference
OPTMZ Peptides will assist with carrier follow-up but cannot guarantee replacement for shipments confirmed delivered by the carrier. Where carrier investigation determines a shipment was lost in transit, OPTMZ Peptides will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
9. Temperature-Sensitive Materials
Lyophilized peptides are shipped at ambient temperature with cold packs where appropriate. Brief temperature excursions during transit do not, on their own, compromise lyophilized peptide stability under normal storage conditions. Researchers receiving a shipment should store materials per the handling instructions associated with each product upon receipt.
OPTMZ Peptides does not warrant the suitability of any shipment for any specific research application; product stability is governed by the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis published in the COA Vault.
10. Packing Slip Documentation
Every shipment includes a packing slip that documents:
- Order number, ship date, and tracking reference
- Product names, batch numbers, and quantities included in the shipment
- The Research Use Only designation, in plain language
- A restatement of the qualified-researcher and no-human-use acknowledgement captured at the time of account registration
- A reference to this Shipping Policy and the OPTMZ Peptides Terms and Conditions
The packing slip serves as the recipient’s notice that the materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only.
11. Permanent Ban Policy
OPTMZ Peptides maintains a permanent ban list. Any customer who, through any channel — including order notes, email, telephone, SMS, social media direct message, chargeback narrative, or onward conversation — indicates, implies, or describes use of OPTMZ Peptides materials for human or animal consumption, dosing, administration, or any non-research purpose will be permanently banned from the site without appeal.
Bans extend to all accounts, shipping addresses, payment instruments, and contact information associated with the violating customer. Chargebacks initiated without prior good-faith contact with OPTMZ Peptides support, as well as orders associated with falsified shipping information, are independent grounds for permanent ban.
Banned customers may not create new accounts. Detected attempts to circumvent a ban will be documented and may be referred to law enforcement where the conduct involves payment fraud or false representation.
12. Changes to This Policy
OPTMZ Peptides may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last revised” date. Continued use of optmzpeptides.com after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
