Research Use Only Policy
Last revised: May 14, 2026
This Policy consolidates and restates the research-use terms in force under the Terms and Conditions as of that date. It creates no obligation that was not already binding on purchasers.
1. Scope, and how this Policy fits with our others
This Research Use Only Policy (“Policy”) governs all access to and use of optmzpeptides.com (the “Site”) and all materials and compounds offered through it (“Products”).
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms and Conditions. It is read together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control.
Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, limitation of liability and indemnification are set out in the Terms and Conditions and are not restated here.
By entering the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept this Policy in full. We record your acceptance, including the date, time, and the version of this Policy in force at that moment.
2. What “research use only” means here
All Products sold by OPTMZ Peptides are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference, and scientific study by qualified purchasers.
Products are:
- not drugs, and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use;
- not foods, beverages, or food additives;
- not dietary supplements, and are not offered under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act;
- not cosmetics;
- not medical devices or diagnostic products;
- not manufactured under, or represented to meet, current Good Manufacturing Practice for human pharmaceuticals;
- not sterile, pyrogen-free, or suitable for injection, infusion, or any route of administration into a human or animal body;
- not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.
No Product has been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. Nothing on this Site is a representation that any Product is safe or effective for any use.
3. Who may purchase
You may purchase from OPTMZ Peptides only if all of the following are true. Each is a condition of sale.
- You are 21 years of age or older.
- You are purchasing in a professional, institutional, academic, or independent research capacity — not for personal use.
- You are qualified by training, education or experience to handle uncharacterised laboratory compounds safely.
- You have access to a facility and equipment appropriate to the safe handling, storage and disposal of laboratory chemicals.
- You are not acting on behalf of, or intending to resupply, any person who intends human or animal administration.
- You are legally permitted to receive the Products in your jurisdiction.
- You are not purchasing for onward compounding, formulation, or preparation into any product intended for human or animal use.
We may require documentation of institutional affiliation, professional qualification, or intended research application before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Delivery verification. As set out in the Shipping Policy, a first-time purchaser’s first order requires an adult signature with 21+ confirmation on delivery. We may require a signature on any order at our discretion.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not, directly or indirectly:
- administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce any Product into the body of a human being or an animal;
- supply, resell, gift or transfer any Product to any person who you know, suspect, or reasonably should suspect intends such use;
- use any Product in clinical care, clinical trials, veterinary practice, diagnostics, or any application involving a human or animal subject;
- compound, formulate, dilute, repackage or otherwise prepare any Product into a form intended for administration;
- represent, market, advertise or imply to any third party that any Product is safe, effective, approved, or suitable for human or animal use;
- use any Product in the manufacture of a food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, drug, or medical device;
- use OPTMZ Peptides branding, imagery, product photography, or Certificates of Analysis in any material promoting human or animal use.
Any of the above is a material breach. It terminates your right to use the Site immediately and without notice, and results in permanent account closure.
5. No dosing, protocol, or administration guidance
OPTMZ Peptides does not publish, supply, recommend, or endorse dosages, administration routes, reconstitution instructions for administration, cycling protocols, stacking guidance, or any information framed around use in a human or animal body.
Our customer service, technical, sales and social media teams are instructed not to provide such information, and will not do so in any channel — including email, text message, chat, telephone, social media, or direct message. A request for administration guidance will be declined and may result in order cancellation and permanent account closure.
Where handling information is provided, it relates solely to laboratory storage, stability, solubility for in-vitro work, and safe handling.
6. No injection or administration supplies
OPTMZ Peptides does not sell, bundle, or recommend bacteriostatic water, sterile water for the purpose of injection, syringes, needles, vials for administration, alcohol preparation pads, or any other supply whose primary purpose is administration into a human or animal body.
7. Destination screening and shipping limits
As set out in the Shipping Policy, we ship only to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, to PO Boxes, or to mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services.
We screen delivery destinations. Orders directed to clinics, medical spas, wellness centres, gyms, or comparable consumer-facing premises may be held, queried, or cancelled, because such destinations are inconsistent with a laboratory research use.
You are responsible for determining whether receipt, possession or use of a Product is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel any order to any destination at our discretion.
8. Certificates of Analysis
OPTMZ Peptides publishes third-party Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) for its batches. A COA reports analytical findings — identity, purity, and where stated, mass — for a specific batch under specific test conditions.
A COA is not:
- a certification of safety;
- a release for human or animal use;
- a statement of sterility, endotoxin content, or pharmaceutical grade;
- evidence of FDA approval, registration, or review;
- a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
COAs are provided so that qualified researchers can evaluate material against their own analytical requirements. They support scientific rigour. They do not imply suitability for administration.
9. Your representations
Each time you place an order, you represent and warrant that:
- every statement in Section 3 remains true of you;
- you will use the Products solely as permitted by Section 2 and never as prohibited by Section 4;
- the identity and contact information you have provided is accurate and your own;
- you will comply with all applicable federal, state and local law governing the receipt, possession, handling, transport and disposal of laboratory chemicals;
- you accept sole responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the Products once delivered.
These representations survive delivery.
10. Handling, storage and disposal
You are solely responsible for handling Products in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements, for maintaining appropriate laboratory controls, and for disposing of Products and containers in accordance with applicable environmental and hazardous waste law.
OPTMZ Peptides supplies no personal protective equipment and makes no representation that the Products are safe to handle without it.
11. Controlled substances
OPTMZ Peptides does not knowingly supply any substance scheduled under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act. Certain Products may be prohibited in competitive sport under the World Anti-Doping Code or comparable rules; determining that is your responsibility, not ours.
12. Age verification, acknowledgment records and retention
Access to the Site requires an acknowledgment that you are 21 or older and that you accept this Policy. We record that acknowledgment together with the name and email address you supply, the date and time, your IP address, your stated field of qualified research, and the version of this Policy in force.
These are compliance records, handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained for seven (7) years, consistent with the retention period applied to transaction and order records.
13. Order review, refusal and termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason:
- decline, cancel or refund any order;
- request further documentation before fulfilment;
- limit quantities;
- suspend or close any account;
- refuse service to any person or address.
We will do so where we have reason to believe a purchaser does not meet Section 3, intends a use prohibited by Section 4, or has provided inaccurate information.
14. No warranty
Products are supplied “as is” for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPTMZ Peptides disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability and indemnification are as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
15. Reporting misuse
If you become aware of any person representing OPTMZ Peptides Products as suitable for human or animal use — including any reseller, affiliate, marketing partner, or social media account — report it to info@optmzpeptides.com. We investigate every report and terminate relationships where misuse is confirmed.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. The revision date and version number above will change, and material changes will require renewed acknowledgment on your next visit. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
