About OPTMZ Peptides
A research peptide supplier built around a single principle: every claim, verified.
We exist because most peptide suppliers ask researchers to take their word for it. We don’t. Every batch we ship is independently tested. Every Certificate of Analysis is published. Every claim is something you can audit yourself.
Why we exist
The research peptide market runs on opacity. Suppliers publish unverified purity claims. Manufacturer-issued certificates change hands without provenance. Testing methodology stays proprietary. The buyer has no path to independent verification — and no recourse when claims don’t hold.
OPTMZ Peptides exists because researchers deserve a different framework. Every batch we sell is independently tested by a DEA-registered analytical laboratory we don’t own and don’t control. Every Certificate of Analysis is published — not summarized, not gated, not curated. The actual COAs, with the actual numbers, generated by an analyst whose contact information appears on the document.
If a researcher wants to call our partner lab and confirm a batch result, they can. If they want to send us a peptide they bought somewhere else and have us run our full panel on it, they can. The framework is built so that nothing depends on trusting OPTMZ — everything depends on data that can be checked.
Research is built on independent verification. We made that the foundation of the supply chain too.
Our principles
None of these are aspirational. Each one is a structural commitment built into how every batch reaches every researcher.
Every batch published
Every batch we ship has a Certificate of Analysis on the product page. The actual document, not a summary. Searchable by the batch number printed on your vial. Permanent. Verifiable.
An outside lab
Testing happens at Krause Analytical, a DEA-registered analytical laboratory in Austin, TX. We don’t own them. We don’t control them. We can’t influence the result.
Seven methods, every batch
HPLC, mass spectrometry, endotoxin (LAL), heavy metals (ICP-MS), microbial bioburden, pH stability, visual inspection. Sub-spec batches are rejected before shipping — no exceptions.
For your samples too
If you bought a peptide from someone else and want it independently tested, send it to us. We’ll run the same panel. You’ll receive a complete Certificate of Analysis you own outright.
How We got Here
OPTMZ Peptides was established in 2026, founded on a single observation: the research peptide industry had a credibility problem, and nothing on the supply side was solving it.
Researchers were buying compounds where every claim ended at the supplier’s word. Purity numbers were published without supporting documentation. Testing methodologies were described vaguely or not at all. The few suppliers who claimed third-party testing rarely named the lab, and almost never published the actual results. For research that depended on the integrity of the input material, that wasn’t sufficient.
The decision was to build the supply side differently — not by adding marketing language about quality, but by structurally eliminating the gap between “claim” and “verifiable evidence.” The first move was the Krause Analytical partnership: an independent testing relationship with a registered analytical lab that would run a full panel on every batch and generate a Certificate of Analysis the buyer could independently confirm.
Today, OPTMZ Peptides ships research compounds across the United States to independent researchers, university laboratories, and institutional research programs. Every batch carries the same Certificate of Analysis framework. The transparency commitment hasn’t moved.
Leadership
Dr. Leonard Haberman leads OPTMZ Peptides’ analytical quality program. He sets the testing protocols every batch must meet before release, oversees the Krause Analytical partnership, and is the named scientific authority behind every Certificate of Analysis OPTMZ publishes.
Most researcher questions reach our customer support team first — they handle product, order, COA verification, and shipping questions directly. When a question crosses into analytical methodology or quality assurance, Dr. Haberman is the named authority the support team escalates to.
Our Lab Partner
The first decision OPTMZ Peptides made was to not run testing in-house. The reason: a supplier who tests their own product can publish whatever number they want and call it verification. The buyer has no way to confirm.
Krause Analytical solves that. Krause is a DEA-registered analytical laboratory based in Austin, Texas — independent, professionally registered, multi-customer. They test for several research-supply customers, which means they have no financial incentive to inflate any single supplier’s results. Their analyst signature appears on every Certificate of Analysis. Their contact information is on every COA. A researcher who wants to verify a batch result can call Krause directly and confirm.
This is the foundation. Without an independent partner, “verified” is a marketing word. With one, it’s a fact a researcher can check.

Where We Are
OPTMZ Peptides is a research supply company operating under OPTMZ Labs LLC, based in Austin, Texas. We are U.S.-based, U.S.-shipped, and U.S.-tested. Our independent analytical lab partner is in the same city — proximity that makes the chain of custody short and the verification path direct.
Domestic shipping is same-day for most orders received before noon Central. Free shipping on orders over $200. Research support is available by phone during business hours and by email any time.
If you’d like to send a sample to our partner lab for independent testing, the testing service operates from the same Austin facility. Submission instructions are on the Testing Service page.
What to do Next
The framework is the front door. Pick where to walk in.
Whether you’re evaluating us as a research peptide supplier, considering our independent testing service for a sample you have, or just want to read the methodology before deciding — every door leads to the same Certificate of Analysis archive.
