It does not apply to personal information you provide to third-party services that are linked from the Site (for example, a payment processor’s hosted checkout page) — those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

OPTMZ Peptides ships only within the United States and the District of Columbia. The Site is not directed to residents of any other country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals located outside the eligible region.

2.7 Compliance and verification records

Records related to address screening, age verification, order acceptance or refusal, account suspension, ban list maintenance, and chargeback defense. These records may include the categories above as well as derived data points (for example, the outcome of an address screen).

We do not collect health information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or other sensitive categories beyond age and the professional declaration described in Section 2.3.

3. Sources of Personal Information

OPTMZ Peptides collects personal information from the following sources:

(a) Directly from you, when you create an Account, place an order, complete a form on the Site, or contact us;

(b) Automatically, through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies when you visit the Site;

(c) From service providers we engage to fulfill orders, process payments, deliver shipments, screen addresses, and operate the Site (for example, our shipping carrier provides delivery confirmation data; our payment processor confirms transaction status).

We do not purchase or otherwise acquire personal information from data brokers.

4. How We Use Personal Information

OPTMZ Peptides uses personal information for the following purposes:

(a) To create and maintain your Account, including age and professional-declaration verification;

(b) To process, fulfill, ship, and document your orders, and to communicate with you about them;

(c) To screen shipping addresses against the restricted destination types described in our Shipping Policy;

(d) To process refunds, replacements, and store credits under our Refund Policy, and to defend against unwarranted chargebacks;

(e) To maintain the permanent ban list described in our Terms and Conditions and to prevent banned customers from creating new Accounts or placing further orders;

(f) To respond to customer service inquiries and to maintain records of those interactions;

(g) To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other misuse of the Site;

(h) To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical problems and analyzing aggregate usage;

(i) To comply with applicable law and with legitimate requests from government authorities, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions;

(j) To send you transactional messages relating to your Account and orders (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notices). We do not send promotional or marketing emails without your prior consent.

5. How We Share Personal Information

OPTMZ Peptides shares personal information only as follows:

5.1 Service providers

We share personal information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including:

  • Payment processors (to process transactions and refunds)
  • Shipping carriers (to deliver orders and to provide tracking)
  • Address verification and screening providers (to perform the checks described in our Shipping Policy)
  • Email and SMS delivery providers (to send transactional communications)
  • Hosting, security, and analytics providers (to operate the Site)
  • Identity verification providers (where required to confirm age or professional status)

Service providers are contractually limited to using personal information for the specific purposes for which we engage them.

5.2 Legal compliance and protection

We may disclose personal information where required by law, by a valid subpoena or court order, by a request from a government or regulatory authority with appropriate authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of OPTMZ Peptides, our customers, or others.

5.3 Business transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of business, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred to a successor or acquirer as part of that transaction, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy or an equally protective policy.

We do not otherwise share personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

OPTMZ Peptides does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. OPTMZ Peptides does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of this Privacy Policy and have no current plans to do so.

If our practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required by applicable state law, opt-out mechanisms will be provided.

7. Marketing Communications

OPTMZ Peptides does not send promotional or marketing emails to customers unless you have specifically opted in. Transactional communications relating to your Account, orders, and shipping are sent as part of the customer relationship and are not subject to opt-out — to stop receiving them, close your Account.

If you do opt in to marketing communications, every email will include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored within ten (10) business days. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional communications.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies fall into the following categories:

Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (for example, maintaining your shopping cart, keeping you logged in, processing checkout). This category also includes cookies set by Cloudflare, the content delivery and security provider that fronts the Site — most commonly __cf_bm, cf_clearance, and _cfuvid, used for bot management, security-challenge verification, and rate limiting. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the Site.

Performance and analytics — used to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate, to identify and resolve technical issues, and to improve the Site. The Site uses Google Analytics 4 for this purpose. Aggregate analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors.

Functional — used to remember preferences such as language or display settings.

We do not use cookies or pixels for cross-site behavioral advertising. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through browser settings; doing so may affect some Site functionality. The Site honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where transmitted by your browser.
